Scope of Application
The CFM5DC series high-voltage DC moulded case circuit breakers are suitable for DC system application environments. They are used in circuits with a rated operating voltage up to DC1500V and a rated operating current up to 800A. Normal Operating Conditions
Normal ambient temperature range for use: -5°C to +40°C;
For operating conditions in an ambient temperature range of -40°C to -5°C, it is necessary to notify our factory when placing an order;
When the ambient temperature is higher than +40°C, the capacity should be derated for use;
Altitude: The altitude of the installation location should be ≤ 2000m. Special customization is available for installation altitudes from 2000m to 5000m, and capacity derating is required;
Atmospheric conditions: When the maximum temperature is +40°C, the relative air humidity should not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed; for example, it can be 90% at 20°C. Special measures should be taken against occasional condensation caused by temperature changes;
Pollution degree: Class 3;
Installation category: Category III;
Installation conditions: The circuit breaker can be installed vertically or horizontally.
