Scope of application
The CFW1 series of universal circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are suitable for use in power distribution networks with an alternating current frequency of 50Hz, rated operating voltages of AC400V and AC690V, and a rated current of 6300A or less. They are used to distribute electrical energy and protect lines and power supply equipment from damage caused by faults such as overload, undervoltage, short - circuit, and single - phase grounding. At the same time, they can also be used as disconnectors.
This circuit breaker has an intelligent protection function with accurate selective protection, which can improve the reliability of power supply and avoid unnecessary power outages.
The product can have either top - entry or bottom - entry wiring. The circuit breaker has an isolation function, and its symbol is

.
The symbol of the derived product CBI - Y grade circuit breaker of the circuit breaker is

It meets the requirements of Appendix L of GB/T14048.2 - 2008.
Product compliance standards: GB/T14048.2 - 2008, GB/T 14092.3 - 2009, GB/T 20645 - 2006.
The product has passed the national mandatory CCC certification.
Model meaning

When choosing the CFW1 series of intelligent universal circuit breakers for special locations, they can meet the requirements for use in photovoltaic, wind power, plateau areas, and environments with low temperatures down to - 45°C. They comply with GB/T20645 "Technical requirements for low - voltage electrical appliances used in plateau under special environmental conditions" and have passed the relevant tests specified in the standard.
Normal operating conditions
● Ambient air temperature: - 45°C to + 70°C, with a 24 - hour average not exceeding + 35°C. The normal operating ambient temperature range is - 5°C to + 40°C. For use in an ambient temperature range of - 45°C to - 5°C, it is necessary to inform the factory when placing an order. When the ambient temperature is higher than + 40°C, derating is required. The derating coefficient is shown in Table 3.
● Altitude: The altitude of the installation location should be ≤ 2000m. Special customization is available for installations at altitudes from 2000m to 5000m, and derating is required. The operating performance should be corrected according to the correction values in Table 2 and Table 3.
● Atmospheric environmental conditions: When the ambient air temperature is + 40°C, the relative atmospheric humidity should not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed. For example, at + 25°C, the relative atmospheric humidity can reach 90%. Measures such as dehumidification should be taken for condensation caused by temperature changes.
● Pollution level: Class 3.
● Installation category: The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker, the undervoltage release coil, and the primary coil of the power transformer is IV; the installation category of the remaining auxiliary circuits and control circuits is III.
● Usage category: Class B.
● Installation conditions: The circuit breaker should be installed in accordance with the installation requirements in this manual. The vertical inclination of the circuit breaker should not exceed 5°. It should be installed in an environment without explosion hazards, conductive dust, or substances that are corrosive to metals and can damage insulation.
