The C3s series intelligent air circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breakers) are suitable for power distribution networks with an alternating current frequency of 50Hz, a rated operating voltage of AC400V or AC690V, and a rated current of 6300A or less. They are used to distribute electrical energy and protect circuits and power supply equipment from damages caused by faults such as overload, undervoltage, short - circuit, and single - phase grounding. Meanwhile, they can also be used as disconnectors.

Scope of Application
The CFW3 series intelligent universal circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are applicable to the power distribution networks with an alternating current of 50 Hz, a rated operating voltage of AC 400V or AC 690V, and a rated current of 6300A or less. They are used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power supply equipment from the hazards of overload, undervoltage, short - circuit, single - phase grounding and other faults. At the same time, they can also be used as disconnectors. The circuit breakers have intelligent protection functions, with accurate selective protection, which can improve the power supply reliability and avoid unnecessary power outages.
The product can be connected with incoming lines from the top or bottom. The circuit breaker has an isolation function, and its symbol is
. The symbol of the derived product, the CBI - Y class circuit breaker, is
It meets the requirements of Appendix L of GB/T 14048.2. The product complies with the standards: GB/T 14048.2, GB/T 14092.3, and GB/T 20645.
The product has passed the national mandatory CCC certification.
For special场所 (Note: Here, the original text '特殊场所' is translated as'special places' in general. If there is a more specific term in the context, it should be adjusted accordingly). The CFW3 series intelligent universal circuit breakers can meet the requirements for use in photovoltaic, wind power, high - altitude, and low - temperature environments down to - 40°C. They comply with GB/T 20645 'Technical requirements for low - voltage electrical appliances used in high - altitude special environmental conditions' and have passed the relevant tests specified in the standard.
Normal Operating Conditions
● Ambient air temperature: - 40°C to + 70°C, and the 24 - hour average value does not exceed + 35°C. The normal operating ambient temperature range is - 5°C to + 40°C. When used in an ambient temperature range of - 40°C to - 5°C, it is necessary to declare this to our factory when placing an order. When the ambient temperature is higher than + 40°C, the capacity needs to be derated. The derating coefficient is shown in Table 3.
● Altitude: The altitude of the installation location is ≤ 2000m. Special customization is available for installation altitudes from 2000m to 5000m, and the capacity needs to be derated. The operating performance is corrected according to the correction values in Table 4.
● Atmospheric environmental conditions: When the ambient air temperature is + 40°C, the relative atmospheric humidity does not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed. For example, at + 25°C, the relative atmospheric humidity can reach 90%. Dehumidification or corresponding measures should be taken for the condensation caused by temperature changes.
● Pollution level: Class 3.
● Installation category: The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker, the undervoltage release coil, and the primary coil of the power transformer is IV; the installation category of the remaining auxiliary circuits and control circuits is III.
● Usage category: Class B.
● Installation conditions: The circuit breaker should be installed in accordance with the installation requirements in this manual. The vertical inclination of the circuit breaker should not exceed 5°. It should be installed in an environment without explosion hazards, conductive dust, and sufficient corrosive substances to corrode metals and damage insulation.
Classification
● According to the installation method: Fixed type and draw - out type.
● According to the operation method: Electric operation and manual operation (for maintenance).
● According to the number of poles: Three - pole and four - pole.
● According to the type of release: Intelligent over - current controller, undervoltage instantaneous (or delayed) action release, and shunt release.
● According to the functions of the intelligent over - current controller: There are two types of controllers, the H - type (communication type) and the M - type (ordinary type), and their functions are shown in Table 1.
